“环球嘉年华”品牌由荷兰人汉斯.拉德斯（中国名字罗达成）2001年在香港创立。
“环球嘉年华”是世界上最大型的巡回移动式游乐场，与“迪斯尼乐园”和“环球影城”并称世界三大娱乐业品牌。“环球嘉年华”以贩卖欢乐著称，以互动和狂欢闻名于世。“环球嘉年华”是一个“既古老又年轻”的品牌，其“古老”，是因为它源于欧洲民间娱乐形式,表现形态体现了欧洲的文化传统。其“年轻”是因为在现代又被赋予新的内涵。
Dutchman Hans founded The World Carnival brand in Hong Kong 2001. World Carnival is the world's largest parade theme park. It was called one of three entertainment brand in world with Disneyland and Universal Studios.World Carnival is famous for pluralism, the autonomy and interaction. World Carnival is “ancient and young”. It is ancient, because it comes from European folk entertainment, It is young because in modern world, it is given a new spirit.
